What we bring to the table
Karen Cacciatore | Co-founder
After her early career as an attorney, Karen took time off from the workplace to raise her three children with her husband Joe. While living in Connecticut, she sold real estate for Sotheby’s Intl, cementing her passion for helping people fall in love with their homes. Moving several times meant countless renovations, as well as full scale construction projects. After settling in the Boston area with her family, she turned her focus to helping others design and decorate their own spaces. Once her youngest children had begun lives of their own, she felt a calling to formally establish her own firm. Karen is often inspired by vintage furnishings, and enjoys hunting for the perfect antique that completes a room.
Colette Archambault | Co-founder
Colette graduated from the University of Georgia with degrees in Public Relations, Fashion Merchandising and Sports Marketing. Her career began in the creative sector, providing account management services for a variety of industries and clients such as The Walt Disney Company, Netflix, BXP and more. Like her mother, she felt the pull toward the design world and continued her education at the Rhode Island School of Design. Her knowledge, coupled with her strong background in client services makes the design process seamless and enjoyable. Colette attributes her personal design style to her many years as a competitive equestrian, often pulling influences from the timeless, elevated nature of the “Town and Country” aesthetic often seen in equestrian properties. Colette resides in Boston’s Seaport District with her husband Chris, and her adorable Cavalier King Charles, Woodford.
